Fresh Salsa Recipe
Ingredients Fresh tomatoes
- Fresh Tomatoes-3 cups chopped
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
- 4 teaspoons chopped fresh jalepeno or serrano chopped (you decide how spicy you want it to be)
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground chili powder
Directions:
Chop all ingredients in food processor. Refrigerate and serve
Enjoy with your favorite corn chips!
The great thing about this salsa also is that it’s super healthy. In a serving of this salsa (1/2 cup) there are only 18 calories but it is chock full of vitamins, minerals. So eat and enjoy the good health.
